Refunds & Returns Policy

At Evapeptide (evapeptide.co.uk), your satisfaction and product integrity are important. Due to the sensitive, research-specific nature of our products, the following policy applies.

1. No Returns on Opened Products

For safety and compliance, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or reconstituted peptides. Once a vial seal is broken, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Verified cases will receive:

  • Replacement at no additional cost
  • Or store credit for future purchases

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are limited to:

  • Lost shipments (verified via tracking)
  • Out-of-stock items that cannot be replaced
  • Duplicate or accidental charges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they are not processed or shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
